‘Half-sized’ bottle of the award wining traditional method Wildflower Sparkling Mead from Northumberland Honey Company, paired with a jar of our Swaledale Heather Blend honey in a luxury magnetic gift box (made using recycled materials and FSC certified wood wool of course!)
 
The mead is light in colour, with delicate floral and honey aromas, with a dry start and smooth savoury finish, will keep you coming back to the glass. A real hit with beekeepers with the rich aroma of beeswax, propolis and fresh pollen, reminiscent of opening up a beehive in spring.
 
The honey is produced by our hives located on the edge of the Swaledale moors that foraged on heather and other blossoms during the late summer and early autum giving it a robust flavour and beautiful amber colour.
 
Mead: ABV 12% 37.5cl Contains Sulphites
Honey: Not suitable for children under 12 months old. Pure honey may naturally crystalise in cooler temperatures.
